Yes! I offer both in person and virtual sessions via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their goals and counselling/coaching plan. We’ll decide on a rhythm that works best for you.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes, allowing time for deep conversation, reflection, and action planning.
Absolutely. Everything shared during your session is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.
Yes — we offer flexible payment options for packages to make support accessible and stress-free.
We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be charged depending on your plan.
